Our Service empowers you to create customized guided visualization audios, designed to assist you in reshaping your reality according to your desires. Rooted in the principles of the Universal Law of Attraction, these audios serve as powerful tools for manifesting positive changes in your life.

User Accounts:

To access the features of our Service, you need to create an account. This is required to protect our servers from abuse, to personalize your experience, and to ensure data persistence in case you lose access to your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct:

You agree not to misuse our Service or help anyone else do so. You agree not to use our Service in a way that violates any laws or infringes on anyone's rights.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Manai. The background audios are licensed. If you are the owner of the audios feel free to contact us for a receipt of the purchase.

Your generated audios will remain private. Its content may be fed to AI technologies to enhance your experience, for example but not limited to by predicting what you are likely to want to manifest next.

The Manai app is intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other mental health interventions. Users with mental health challenges are advised to seek qualified and licensed professional help.

9. Subscription and Credits

  1. The Manai app is for personal use only. Users are not allowed to sell access to the generated audios to third parties or offer audio generation via Manai as part of their business.
  2. A monthly subscription includes unlimited audio generation within the subscription period, which lasts 1 (one) month.
  3. Users will have lifetime access to the audios they have already generated, regardless of their subscription status.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
